Buzzcapture continuously collects large quantities of data from social media and news sources. This unstructured data is then categorised, weighted according to its impact and analysed.

One important aspect in this process is that Buzzcapture collects this information through proprietary crawlers and stores all relevant information. This enables clients to access their own social media archive at any time.

The analysis process is partly automated, ensuring a very high accuracy in sentiment analysis. We feel that human intervention is required if you want to gain real insights. This human intervention allows us to analyse not just on sentiment, but also do SWOT analyses and give insight in the argumentation which causes sentiments.

INNOVATIVE & RELIABLE

A common problem of monitoring solutions is the large amount of noise. Irrelevant results harm the reliability of data analysis. To tackle this issue, Buzzcapture has developed language filters, specifically for international sources like Twitter and Facebook. This way the amount of noise is kept to a minimum.
In addition, all monitored sources are assigned a country and language code. This ensures that only relevant content is delivered to the client.
