Buzzcapture provides quantitative as well as qualitative analyses. Our reports are often delivered periodically. Their frequency is determined in consultation with our clients. It is also possible to draw up an inventory report, such as a baseline assessment, or to restrict an analysis to a specific campaign or to the activity of your CRM team.

The reports are drawn up by our social media analysts. The subjects adressed in the reports are defined in advance together with the client. Notable issues that emerge during the analysis process are taken into account as well. Finally, a report always includes recommandations.
